The realm of arboriculture is vast, and those working within the industry range from climbing arborists to arboricultural consultants. In such a broad industry and within which I am an arboricultural consultant dealing mainly with planning and development matters, it goes without saying that the different yet vast expanses of knowledge may remain compartmentalised within certain niches inside the industry, and not percolate out into the wider domain that is arboriculture.
I started this blog to try to appeal to anyone within the industry with a lust for learning. My posts here will typically be quite technical in nature, particularly when I am posting ‘facts’, though when out on my travels I will share photos that are interesting – be it a tree with great form, some fungal sporophores, or generally inspiring vistas that contain trees.
